Flying Lion – Founded in 2014
Owned and operated by retired law enforcement and military veterans, Flying Lion, Inc. (FLI) is a drone service provider to Law Enforcement, Public Safety Agencies and Municipalities. Founded in 2014 and incorporated in California in 2015 to provide on-demand drone air support, training, and consultation for law enforcement.
Flying Lion has been contracted since 2020 to support the first Drone as First Responder (DFR) program in the United States at Chula Vista Police Department. Since that time Flying Lion has helped build and currently supports some of the largest, most prestigious, police departments’ DFR programs in the United States. These include Beverly Hills PD, Hermosa Beach PD, Redondo Beach PD, and Santa Monica Police PD.
Leveraging this experience, Flying Lion has created a world-class/cost-effective DFR Rollout Program which ensures success. By bringing in operators from these existing DFR programs, your agency will be able to take advantage of the experience and quickly establish a nationally recognized DFR Program.
