Barry Brennan – President & Founder
Barry Brennan is the President and founder of Flying Lion, Inc. (FLI), a full service sUAS Solutions Company. As President, Barry manages all aspects that contribute to FLI’s continuous pursuit of excellence.
Barry has developed several drone air support programs for Public Safety Agencies, Corporations, and Municipalities. Additionally, he has designed and developed an Association for Unmanned Vehicles Systems International (AUVSI) XCELLENCE Award winning sUAS Curriculum and Flight Training for Community Colleges throughout Southern California.
Barry earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley and his Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Steven Katz – Vice President
Steven Katz is the Vice President of Flying Lion and manages pilots focused specifically on law enforcement customers. This includes Drone as First Responder (DFR) programs at Chula Vista, Redondo Beach, Hermosa Beach, Santa Monica and Beverly Hills Police Departments. Steven also supports other Public Safety agencies with consulting, Part 107 pilot training, on-demand drones, training and equipment.
Additionally, Steven also manages the commercial division of Flying Lion, Sky Ladder Drones, a drone service provider founded in 2016. Sky Ladder Drones is focused on commercial operations supporting architecture, construction, and engineering market segments.
Steven holds an undergraduate degree in Business from California State University, Northridge and MBA from Pepperdine University.
